HOC WEB HOSTING TERMS & COSTS

Fixed Costs:

  • Domain Name Registration w/ InterNIC: $40 for 2 years (Example: https://hocsupport.com)
  • Domain Name Registration Setup Service: $55
  • Domain Website Hosting – One (1) Year: $200 (HOC Hosting Plan)
  • Domain Website Hosting – One (1) Time Setup Fee: $109

Maintenance Fees:

  • Monthly: $0 – Included in Annual Hosting Fee (No fee unless a client-requested task is performed)
  • Updates: $109.00 per hour. Cost is for HOC web page updates/maintenance. Recommendation is to save changes/enhancements/updates and provide for single update.
    Five (5) updates might be performed in a one (1) hour session versus five (5) “per incident” updates.

Website Development:

  • Site development can vary.  HOC provides a “basic” web sit development/build for $1000.00.  This is a strong, clean, professional website presence.
  • This is level of effort along with the Fix Fees noted above.  Any additional information/development is provided at hourly rate of $109.00.

Suggested Additional Tasks:

  • Generate parameters for compliance with Search Engines & Directories: 1-2 hours @$109 per hour.

Portal Site Development:

  • To be determined based on requirements including quantity and data type (text, graphics, audio) and/or online database design and management. Services are provided at $109 – $149 per hour based on level of development.

 

HOC HOSTED EXCHANGE SERVICES

  • Cost based on number of accounts and level of service.  Please contact us for further information.
  • Hosted Exchange Services – Synchronize email, contacts, and/or schedules with local system, web apps and mobile devices. Please contact us to identify your specific needs and costs.
